She enjoys meeting all of our new clients and assisting them on their self-care journey. Lawana attentively listens to every client request and concern in order to provide them with an exceptional spa experience. Her hope is that everyone leaves not only feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, but also beautiful, as we are ALL uniquely created, and wonderfully made.

Julia is the friendly face you’ll sometimes see at the front desk, and the welcoming voice you’ll hear on the other end of the phone when calling Nature’s Cottage Organic Spa. She manages customer hospitality, including check-in and check-outs, ensuring every guest feels cared for. Julia also brings her marketing expertise, with a degree from UNC Greensboro, and oversees our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
